RETURNS + EXCHANGES

Any unused, unworn product may be returned within 7 days of purchase with our returns process. We’ll refund the credit card used in the original transaction, excluding the return shipping cost.

If you love the shoes, but the fit is off you can get an exchange for a better-fitting size within 7 days of purchase and the shipping cost would need to be paid by you. Please allow about two weeks for your exchange to arrive.

Returns and exchanges are only available for shoes bought from our website Okabashime.com.
