ORDERS

No person or business is authorized to sell SOLEMATES.SHOP products via the Internet without express contractual agreement with and permission from solemates.shop.
SOLEMATES.SHOP products purchased through any person or business that is not authorized may not be eligible for support or a valid warranty.
PRODUCT RETURN POLICY

solemates.shop is only able to provide refunds for unopened/unused products, including digital product offerings, sold directly through our website (www.solemates.shop) within 7 days of purchase. We do not otherwise offer refunds or returns on product. Returns must be authorized by contacting adsadver@emirates.net.ae. Return shipping costs are your (the customer’s) responsibility, unless you have received a damaged or wrong product.
Refunds shall only be applied to the original method of purchase (i.e. credit card). In the instance that the credit card used to make the original purchase is no longer active or valid, solemates.shop will provide store credit in place of a refund.
Any claims relating to duplicate charges require submission of the credit card statement clearly showing such charges.
We are able to offer support by providing assistance to facilitate the proper use of products, or to repair, replace, or exchange faulty products under warranty.

Limited Warranty
solemates.shop offers a limited one-year warranty on its machines. If, at any time during the first year from the date of purchase, an SOLEMATES.SHOP support representative cannot resolve a concern through troubleshooting or diagnosis, solemates.shop will repair or replace the machine (at its option). solemates.shop warrants that the machine, when used in accordance with all manufacturer’s instructions, will perform substantially in accordance with the accompanying documentation for its intended use during the warranty period. solemates.shop does not warrant that the machine will perform without interruption or error or that the software will be completely free of bugs. solemates.shop does not warrant consumable machine replacement parts, such as blades and cutting mats.
Who is Covered
This warranty extends only to the original purchaser of the product as purchased through ADS. This warranty is intended for natural persons only and does not extend to any corporation, limited-liability company, or commercial entity.
What is Covered
This warranty covers manufacturing defects only. It includes parts and labor and the cost of shipping the repaired (or replaced) product from solemates.shop to you. The cost of shipping the product to solemates.shop for evaluation is not covered.
Replacement of Machine Parts
If solemates.shop elects to replace a defective machine, or any part thereof, the original machine becomes solemates.shop’s property. solemates.shop may replace the entire machine or any defective component thereof, at its option. After full evaluation of the returned machine by our warranty department, if a manufacturer’s defect is confirmed, a new replacement unit will be issued, dependent upon inventory. If a manufacturer’s defect cannot be confirmed, a refurbished (like-new) unit may be issued, dependent upon inventory.
solemates.shop cannot substitute alternate machine models or issue monetary reimbursement or other forms of compensation.
Where and How to Obtain Warranty Service
U.A.E customers can obtain warranty service from Silhouette America at the following address. It is your responsibility to contact solemates.shop to obtain a return authorization and then deliver or ship the defective product to us at your expense, together with a copy of your receipt showing date of purchase and a description of the claimed defect, prior to the expiration of the warranty period.
solemates.shop may accept a written affirmation of purchase in lieu of a purchase receipt in appropriate circumstances. solemates.shop will not accept unsolicited returns without accompany of a return authorization.
